FAQ

What is it?

Embroidery

Embroidery is a decoration method where your design is stitched directly into the fabric using high-quality thread. This creates a textured, professional look that is durable, long-lasting, and ideal for logos, uniforms, hats, and premium apparel. Unlike printed designs, embroidery won’t crack or peel and holds up well to repeated washing and everyday wear.

How much will it cost?

Pricing

Embroidery is priced per project based on design size, stitch count, garment type, placement, and quantity. Flat pricing doesn’t reflect these variables, so we quote each order individually to ensure accurate and fair pricing.

Set up and Digitizing

Setup and digitizing are the preparation steps that turn artwork into a stitch file and ensure it embroiders cleanly on the selected garment. This process allows the embroidery machine to accurately stitch your design with consistent, professional results.

Do you charge set up and Digitization Fees?

No Surprises

Yes. Most embroidery designs require digitizing, which typically ranges from $15–$50 based on design complexity. This cost is included in your quote upfront, with no surprise fees. Once digitized, the file can usually be reused for future orders without additional costs.
