Production & Proofing

Production timelines vary based on order size, garment availability, and customization details. Proof approval may be required prior to production. Orders are produced only after final details are confirmed and payment is made.

Garment sizing varies by brand and style. To help ensure accuracy, a product-specific size chart will be provided with your invoice for review and verification prior to production. Customers are responsible for confirming sizing details before approval.

Because garments are customized to order, decorated items are not eligible for return or exchange unless a production defect is present. Improper care does not qualify as production defect.

Care & Longevity

To maintain garment and decoration quality, wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid ironing directly over decorated areas.
