Garment sizing varies by brand and style. To help ensure accuracy, a product-specific size chart will be provided with your invoice for review and verification prior to production. Customers are responsible for confirming sizing details before approval.
Returns & Custom Order Policy
Because garments are customized to order, decorated items are not eligible for return or exchange unless a production defect is present. Improper care does not qualify as production defect.
Care & Longevity
To maintain garment and decoration quality, wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid ironing directly over decorated areas.
